We are aware that background checks can be a daunting and an expensive process. With that in mind, we developed three plan options that address those concerns. We want to ensure that you do not pay for unnecessary services and you are always satisfied.

Compliance

We partner with you to gather the appropriate information from the candidate to perform the inquiry. If you like we can handle this process for you. We will send your candidate the requisite forms needed to perform a compliant background check.

Reports

Before the reports are submitted for your review, a copy is sent to the candidate. We work with the candidate to provide a written perspective on any abnormalities in the results of the inquiry before sending the completed report for your review.  

Decisions

We submit a completed report with the candidates notes for your decision making process. We also provide support in sending out adverse action letters to candidates if needed.

List of Services

Address History Inquiry

We employ a database pulled from thousands of sources to provide summaries of the previous addresses for the candidate associated with the findings from the SSN Trace.  

SSN Trace Inquiry

We verify names, aliases and associated counties on record related to the candidate’s Social Security number. We employ a database search pulled from thousands of sources. This service provides summaries of the candidate's name, name variations used for further investigation.


National Sex Offenders Registry Inquiry

We search the National Sex Offender Registry to examine the most recent, updated list of registered sex offenders.

Current County Criminal Inquiry

We search the current county corresponding to the address provided for the candidate.


7 year criminal history inquiry

Our 7- Year Criminal History will search criminal records in county courts based on the results returned from the SSN Trace. We will research felony and misdemeanor cases reported on a candidate. 

National criminal database Inquiry

We search criminal records databases from all 50 states, including digitized records from Department of Corrections, Administrative Office of the Courts and county court records.


education verification

We verify a candidate's dates of attendance, and degrees earned for any high school, college or university in the U.S. This includes one school verification.

domestic terrorist watchlist inquiry

We search U.S. government lists, including the FBI’s Most Wanted and the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).


Drug Screening

Florida employers who have a drug-free workplace program are required to drug test applicants who have received a conditional offer of employment. We partner with a state approved vendor to provide solutions that cater to your specific needs while complying wit Workers Compensation requirements.

Employer verification

We contact a candidate's past and/or present employer to verify the information presented on their application. This includes one employer verification.


MOTOR VEHICLE REPORT

We query the candidate's State Department of Motor Vehicles record and provide a 3 to 5 year driving history on the applicant. We confirm whether a candidate’s driver’s license is valid or has been suspended. 

professional license verification

We contact the license issuing authority to verify the license of the candidate. This includes one professional license verification.
